Scrolled through a few pages and saw much of the same ‘OMGz BR is BaKc!’, ‘My first impressions’ and too many ‘Halo is now CoD!!!1!!’
So I thought I’d post what is important to me.
It’s a small niché, perhaps, but the reason I love halo so much is the easter-eggs.
Even the over-hyped, completely dead-end ones like the Halo 2 Tri-gate conspiracies, the Sandtrap uber-egg and the Epitaph Mendicant bias grave. So on so forth.
What are you hoping for in Halo 4? Do you hope they add a nice collection of easter-eggs?
If so, what type? Just the regular skulls?
What about hidden game-play changing items, like the scarab gun?
Maybe even big, complicated conspiracies like the Sandtrap egg or tri-gates, only this time have them lead to something?
What about BoBs? Only this time, with a better payout?
Also, what were your favourate easter-eggs of the last decade in this series? Halo 1 was a little lacking, but with the exception of Halo:ODST, every other Halo game has had some pretty nice easter-eggs.
