How does the easter egg forum emblem work i kinda want to try this thing out.

You get it by searching for Easter eggs, as described in this Forum:

Although the “Official Easter Eggs” have all been found (as defined by 343), some people have found other subtler easter eggs, like music and dialogues with people.
