Battle Rifle. 4 shot kill, easiest to use (high aim assist/magnetism), effective at all but the longest ranges.

Although I can do well picking up the “Low tier” power weapons like plasma caster and hydra launcher.

Railgun + variants. M41 SPNKr and M57 PILUM rocket launchers + variants. The Answer. Kinetic Bolt SMGs can shred through standard Ghosts.
