A daily challenge for today is to kill a bob (gold class ranger elite) on Heroic or harder…
I don’t chase bobs like some people, so I don’t know where they are… which one is the easiest to find and kill?

winter contigency legendary when your driving where the troopers are getting ambushed near the river drive on the left side and you will see on. run him over with your car
ONI Sword Base, Rally Point Bravo.
Go to the Courtyard area (from the Firefight map “Courtyard” or the area where you start the mission on Game Start).
If the BOB didn’t spawn, quit the game, select a new mission and then select ONI Sword Base again on RPBravo to reload the mission.
Repeat until the BOB spawns (shouldn’t take more than a couple tries).
Note 1: This is the infamous white BOB that changes armor. Please report if you did get the challenge by killing him (because of the “kill a GOLDEN ranger-class Elite” description)!
the one on tip of the spear, he’s at the first AA gun. when you get their a ramp leads up and gives you a clear shot at the gun. a bob is also their, i tried running him over once but he AL’d. anyway you can try getting him
Rally Point Alpha on the Pillar of Autumn. You spawn right where you can grab a S.Laser. The BOB spawns under the Boneyard-ship on the right side. Just keep restarting the mission right there till you get to see and then kill it.
Or Exodus, RPB. Keep restarting the the mission from that point till the BOB-Banshee appears from the bottom left of your screen when you take off. Those are the 2 easiest I think.

Rally Point Bravo - Winter Contingency. Drive and keep to the right road until you come just before the creek bed where the Covies attack the troopers. When you round the railing and see the 2 Jackals, BOB will either be on the left side in the rocks shooting at you (watch your radar) or coming up the road on the right. Easy as that.

Yep, use tat one all the time. I always check the center building complex in that area for the BOB that shows there first though since either BOB may not appear, they sort of alternate.

Yeah however he’s mostly been appearing for me on the right side coming up the road.
Very rarely has he spawned in the rocks or running to that complex. I gun it like all hell though once I get in that jeep.

Sometimes the BOB wont be there when I’m speeding through and he’ll show up at that other spot after I revert the checkpoint, not like it’s a huge deal since that only takes an additional 40 seconds. It’s seems to happen a third of the time on my end, not really sure how it works.
Yeah he shows up within a few minutes of reloading and whatnot. However, I’ve never gotten a Bob spawn differently or at all if I reload and he wasn’t there. I always have to go back to the Rally Point and then he’ll appear. Kooky.
