343 needs to just add in things from the MCC they have a perfect progression system in the MCC that they could use but they didn’t even think of using it apparently the only problem I have with the mcc’s progression system is that once you get a certain point you no longer receive any points to unlock things
There would definitely still be people buying credits if they rewarded you credits because the amount of credits you get rewarded probably wouldn’t be a lot and you would have to play the game a significant amount in order to actually get credits because seeing his credits are a currency similar to how in destiny 2 even in destiny 1 you cannot earn silver from the game itself you have to buy it and that’s the only way you can get it however you can earned silver dust which is an alternate way of getting certain items allows you to get certain armor shaders and even other cosmetic items
Well, personally I do have a disorder related to impulse control, and I rushed to finished the battle pass. But that doesn’t mean I’m unhappy with things as they are. Still, would a general ranking system like in Reach or Halo 3 be a bad thing? Having something to progress towards is nice, don’t you think? And the battle pass is a lot easier to rush than getting to max rank in Reach.

Yeah I could see if you had some in the bank and you needed a few more it would kind of promote buying a little more to get something from the store

That’s how they got me to buy req packs. If there would no ways to earn them outside of paying, I’d have never been interested in them in the first place.
So far I have yet to see such system being implemented or hear them talk about this so I’m think we aren’t going to get a “free credit” system anytime soon 
They also said something like “things we pay for won’t become free” so… I don’t know 
It would help if there was something there to enjoy.

I agree for sure. A system like that after battle pass completion would be great. Maybe if they played around with the values it could work for both 343 and us.
Swaps and XP boost are 200 coins. Completing 4 or 5 weeklies seems like a decent way to get 200 coins. 2 weeks of weeklies after BP is done for a new small bundle would be alright no?
Also take into account that a standard BP is supposed to be 3 months (to my knowledge).
