Whenever I earn enough points to purchase a Gold or Silver pack, I am given points instead of permanent req cards. Based on my calculations, I still need 12 helmets, 3 armor sets, 72 emblems, 29 weapon skins and 3 announcers. The bulk of the items I have yet to collect are “Legendary” or “Ultra Rare”. If I purchase a gold pack, instead of getting two permanent cards, I am given 3000 points for each req card I should have received, for total of 6000 points per pack. If I open a Silver pack, I am issued 1500 points per permanent card, total of 3000 points. If I open a Bronze pack, I get only “Uncommon” or “Rare” items to use in Warzone and no permanent reqs.
Why is the game no longer giving me permanent reqs?!
Some permanent REQs are not available through the general REQ pool and can only be obtained through special conditions or REQ packs. For instance, the helmets included in the Classic Helmet pack are not available in Gold/Silver packs. Certain armor sets are also obtained through special means: Achilles, Athlon Champion, and Challenger.
Basically, if you are getting back two 3000 RP cards instead of a permanent out of a Gold pack, it means you’ve finished your general REQ collection, and everything else you haven’t unlocked is gotten through special REQ packs, commendations, or other means.
Also, there are some permanent REQs (certain REQ certifications, I think) that are for some reason only available through Bronze packs, like Mongoose certs.
