I completed a weekly challenge but I did not receive the credit since I had not chosen a new specialty. I figured it would just count after I choose the new rank once I realized what had happened but after 13 hours the XP has not been credited.
Has anyone else experienced this? I am guessing this is a bug, but I have a feeling it was designed this way.
I always just choose my specialization right away, so I haven’t had a problem with that yet no

I usually pick mine right away also, but maybe the support staff can credit you the XP ? You may be SOL

It is designed this way. I noticed it when I had 2k xp left to finish a spec and got a 10k Weekly challenge. The remaining 8k xp did not get credited to me, even after choosing my next specialization. Since then I’ve been really trying to make sure that large xp bonuses don’t go to waste.

If you didn’t choose a new specialization then the XP from that challenge is gone as well as any earned from playing. Why they did it this way I’ll never know.

if you are playing for just the “exp” at the end of the game, you ought to stop playing.
