I earned “All Alone” and “Headshot Honcho” but they are not loading. XB Support can’t seem to help, and IDK what to do. Any help?

Good afternoon.
I have to ask a couple of questions before I can offer any advice.
For the ‘All Alone’ Achievement:
- Were you trying to unlock said achievement on a Defiant Map Pack map in Matchmaking?This achievement is Defiant Map Pack Specific, meaning you can only unlock it in matchmaking while playing the Living Dead playlist on Condemned and Highlands. If you try to unlock this achievement in Matchmaking on any other map while playing Living Dead/Infection and you meet the requisite for the achievement to unlock, it will not. You have to do so on one of the mentioned maps.
- Were you trying to cheat the achievement by disconnecting your internet intentionally?
When the Defiant Map Pack was first released on 03/15/2011 , you were able to disconnect your internet when you would load the right map and spawn in as non-infected to cheat to get the achievement. Basically, it would disconnect you from the game, boot all other players, ending the game, making you the only non-infected spartan on the Defiant Map Pack Map on your Xbox, popping the achievement. Bungie caught onto this little exploit and patched it quickly not long thereafter. You cannot cheat this achievement due to that, you have to earn it legitmately.
- Were you trying to unlock the achievement via custom games and official gametypes from matchmaking?
If you are indeed using this method and it is not working, then it is very likely 343i patched this mistake made by Bungie. Can’t help you on on this one.
For the ‘Headshot Honcho’ Achievement, I believe you are inferring to the ‘Top Shot’ Achievement as ‘Headshot Honcho’ is a Halo 3 achievement. For ‘Top Shot’:
- Were you trying to unlock said achievement on an Anniversary Map Pack map in Matchmaking?
This achievement is Anniversary Map Pack Specific, meaning you can only unlock it in matchmaking on Battle Canyon, Penance, High Noon, Ridgeline, Solitary, and Breakneck. If you try to unlock this achievement in Matchmaking on any other map and you meet the requisite for the achievement to unlock, it will not. You have to do so on one of the mentioned maps.
I might be able to help you out more once you answer these questions.

- No, but I have earned other Defiant, Noble 1, and DLC specific achievements without owning the DLC… easy to get confused - No. If my internet is disconnected, it’s usually unintentionally (due to someone else’s dynamic IP shifting over my Xbox’s IP) and during a SWAT match- never intentional, though. - Please clarify…Top Shot-

Basically, before 343i took control of Halo, you used to be able to get the official gametypes from matchmaking required for the Defiant Map Pack achievements and use them on the Defiant Map Pack maps in custom games for those achievements. It was a mistake on Bungie’s behalf and later patched by 343i. It is no longer possible to do this.
Now when you said you managed to get DLC achievements without owning the DLC, were you playing on a friend’s 360/One who does have said DLC? This is a way to bypass that if you are playing on the same system with them in matchmaking on the DLC maps and meet the prerequisites. Otherwise, you likely unlocked said achievements through a glitch, which honestly would not surprise me, as the last time I checked, the achievements were DLC map specific.

Solo. It just glitched me the achievement when I completed the requirement elsewhere (in the same game type, but on a non-DLC map)
