Early quit punishments?

keep seeing a lot of people that quit early. Even at the end of the match. Is there some sort of keep rank glitch that people are doing that if they are on a loosing team they get to keep there rank and not drop?

i like the the ranking system but it’s hard to rank up when you get a bad team and end up being spawn killed, or even get some lag.

If there are unfair teams, the teams should be redetermined, or it should allow you to quit if you are the last person. Another way to do this is to end the game early, but I’ve seen that. It’s annoying.
