where are the colour designs that look like days went into creating it? If youre gonna monetize these colours, atleast get more creative with it. We already have cat ears. Might as well start adding cool logos and designs from other IP’s into coatings.

Please no… personally I’m already pretty disappointed that they’re adding stuff like cat ears, logos and designs from other IPs would be even further in the arcade/making Halo a total joke type style.

I agree, the idea of selling colors for spartan customization would’ve gotten the presenter laughed off the E3 stage back in 2006.

It’s a shame how fall Halo has fallen.

You’re not paying for the coating, you are paying for upcoming content for not only yourself, but for all the free players. This is the basic ftp model, of which I’m sure you already knew.

that is not how a successful business model works. the thing youre selling has to be atlleast interesting enough to buy. When I looks at what other ftp games have, I understand why people pay money because the content matches the price or atleast the demand

For a game about SOLDIERS, we sure have gotten a bunch of sparkly and holiday and neon coatings but BARELY any camo variants based on different Biomes.

This game reeks of being designed ( or at least run ) by non-alpha “soft” personality types that have time for BS Like getting coatings for buying freaking NAIL POLISH, while having an abscence in variety of Military camo patterns.

If people weren’t buying them then 343 wouldn’t continue to try selling them. I see a lot of purchased coatings being used in the game.

thats not a good way to gauge their success. plus a lot of coatings are just one part of the customization packages that are bought. personally, i look at these coatings and theyre so low effort they should be free so that players can actually have some fun picking and choosing basic colours for their spartan. they should monetize colours that actually take effort to create.
