Naked Arbiter in Halo 2 and H2A, and more naked Elite hologram statues in Halo 5, what’s up with that lol.

The Arbiter was being tortured and disgraced. Hence why they stripped of his armour, honour and paraded him around the city.

I guess the hologram is supposed to be Sangheili art. Doesn’t really strike me as off at all.
