E3 2018 vs E3 2019 graphics

Not going against but I actually love the art style in both trailers. Sound effects, recharge and music sounds so good. Art style looks so much better than halo 4 and 5. Wonder what the elites are gonna look like that but we see that some time. Halo 3 music is back, even when you start halo 3’s campaign, that music comes back.

One thing I didn’t like was just the graphics in general. In E3 2018, the graphics looked fantastic, looks pure real.
In E3 2019, it now looks too cartoonish, plastic and rubbery. It just looks like a 360 game.
However, they were both game engines, I did wanted to see the gameplay but I wonder when the beta will start.
Maybe I think they did because they don’t want to make people overhype it, then ending up looking worse like halo 5.

I hope the graphics look better in the gameplay.

I noticed this too, I’m willing to bet that we will see another visual change for the armor next E3.

Both trailers to me looked cartoony. I’m disappointed :frowning:
This is supposed to be cutting edge technology and next gen gaming…and this is what it looks like? Reach and Halo 3 look better in my opinion

looks was just one thing but trailer got me hyped, last year’s graphics looked more real. It might change though since this isn’t gameplay

I think it’s hard to definitively comment on the look of a game before we see actual gameplay of it.

I think we could see gameplay this year still but I doght it. Doom eternal was announced last year and showed gameplay at quakecon 2018. Naybe could get more info for halo in gamescon 2019 or quakecon but I doght that’s gonna happen

On HaloWaypoint’s post about it, it seems to hint nothing until E3 2020.

It’d be a nice surprise, but I think we are right.
