Do you guys think that the E3 2018 downed pelican was Brohammer’s pelican or that there was some connection?
It certainly could be! Maybe we’ll find out at E3…
Though I will say that the 2018 E3 trailer was more of just a tech demo showing the visuals that the slip space engine can do, so it’s not 100% plot related, just giving us an idea of the visuals we can expect in Infinite. But hey, I reckon Brohammer and Chief will crash land on the Halo by the end of the second mission, have been thinking that gonna be a plot point for a while now…
Probably is a different pelican, then again who knows we will have to wait and see.
It’s important to note that the 2018 trailer was a tech demo for the game engine. It’s not safe to assume anything seen in that trailer will have anything specifically to do with the game. The overall themes and tone of the trailer might be safe territory, but concrete story ideas are difficult to predict based on a tech demo.
But then again, you could always simply do the reverse and use the crashed pelican as a basis for the pelican in E3 Discover Hope, simply because it looks cool.
I went back to the trailer to see if i could discern any characteristics to match them couldn’t really see anything to link them but did notice the poster that said “Fight…”
