So I watched the e3 stream on mixer, linked with my gamer tag. My console automatically downloaded the req pack over night a day or two after the stream. But when I sign in to the game it doesn’t show up in my packs or as already unlocked. Has anyone had this issue? I have no idea how to fix this problem

it is fixed yet I unlock the classic req on waypoint though haven’t tried looking in game

I tried finding the e3 classic helmet req pack through halo waypoint but it says there are no unopened packs

I think the only way to get it back is to contact xbox live costumer service. They should help you. I hope you manage to get the classic pack back to you for free👍
It can take up to a week for the Classic Helmet pack to arrive, from what I heard.
Not sure Spartan. I watched the stream on my laptop. Xbox is on Facebook Gaming, the pack showed up yesterday. No issues.
After I played a game of arena I noticed I had a new req pack. It was the classic helmet req pack that I didn’t buy. Any idea how I got it? Is there a glitch? Or did I just get lucky ?

As above, if you watched the E3 stream on Mixer then you get the Classic Helmet pack for free. if you didn’t watch it then someone may have gifted it to you
