Umm, complain enough and they can bring it back through making it a REQ. They’ve already said they plan to add more armors and guns, so it’s not unlikely that it’ll return.

It may come back. 343 seems to be focused on stuffing as many REQs into this game as possible to continue to make microtransaction money at the expense of real, valuable content, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they brought this back to fill more space.
