i received my code to join the flight for Halo infinite.
I went to use it on steam, and they say the code has already been used for another steam account.
Guess i wont be playing it.

Yeah and they are doing nothing at all about it, i even filed a report with a screenshot because support said i might have entered it wrong its -Yoink!- bs tbh
I am too having this issue, I can not find any kind of support and their god awful support does not do anything at all.
Pretty sure a lot of people are having a similar issue, just gotta wait it out. Imagine the shear number of players that are trying to contact their support division.
hopefully im able to play it next weekend, if not i will wait for release.

343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
