Title says it all but for the Halo Infinite flight I got an access code and when I go to steam to activate it says “Duplicate Product Code” and that the code had been activated already.
Seeing as today is the first day of the flight, and I don’t share my account or computer with anyone else, I’m not sure how this happened?
Also when I click the link within the original message to go to “Install Instructions”, I’m brought to a page that says I’m not authorized to access the page.
Is anyone else experiencing this or know how to resolve it?

It’s likely a old key that’s been revoked. I don’t believe any new Halo Infinite flight keys have been sent out yet, that’s still going to be a few hours away until they’re rolled out to players.

It looks like the original message was sent out on 9/2 (earlier this month) so maybe that’s why? I saw posts of others playing so I just checked Halo Waypoint to see the messages with the key but didn’t know why it might say it was activated already.

That was likely a invite to the MCC Season 8 flight. Codes are revoked after a flight ends. If you never redeemed it then it just becomes nullified.
Infinite flight codes should start to be coming within the next few hours.

I just received an email of an invite for this following weekend (23-26) and the following 30-3rd of October) however, My origianl key was sent on the 2nd also. hoping for a product key soon.
So I resolved my issue. I received a steam key in my messages thru Halo Waypoint. That key was sent to me on September 2nd. If you click on your name in the top right corner, then click on “Halo Insider” then scroll down to the bottom, you’ll see “My Flights” and there is a different steam key that was next to Halo Infinite. I used that one and it worked. Hope this helps…
Nothing in my waypoint messages, the link in the email doesn’t work, and though I do see the key when I go to Halo Insider, it says active but upon redeeming it on steam I get the duplicate product code.

I feel bad for you. I was lucky enough to activate my key for the multiplayer technical and just finished downloading it.
I wasn’t able to access Waypoint, but in the email I received it had a link to my waypoint message inbox. The Steam key was in there.

yeah, it be like that. it’s a pretty well doc’d issue and according to the latest twitter updates they believe they solved it, but likely isn’t going to be addressed until tomorrow. feels bad.
It also happens to me, it says that I cannot activate it because another account has already activated it, it helps!
happened to me too. Checked the “My Flights” section on my profile and it has the same Steam Key that doesn’t work.
it’s a pretty annoying setback, but hopefully it’ll all be fixed tomorrow brothers.

Still having the same issue here unfortunately. Wish they would get this fixed already
