I went to redeem my Steam code for the Infinite flight, and it popped up a message saying the code has already been used. I tried to use the “contact us” page and it just took me to the Bing home page. I’m just confused.
I eagerly entered my code this morning in hopes to pre-download for when the flight goes live. Steam stubbornly repeated the lines “Duplicate Product Code” over and over again, so I decided to look around for a fix.
Unfortunately it seems they are prioritizing something else as the pool of players in the same boat as us is not as big as the other issues.
I encourage you to file a ticket, I’ve filed 2. Main reason is because right now I’m only getting a generic bot response in my email. They mention in their email to respond so they can have someone investigate. At this point nothing to do but wait, however, to make sure they know you have the issue, have a ticket filed you can follow-up on if it persists.
Same issue and I filed a ticket. Hope we get a quick fix response!
