Yes, I am using the same Steam account as the July technical preview.
I am certain I am not the only one encountering this issue.

Not sure what the thought process here was having us use the same activation key that was given in the July preview.

Having the same problem, Don’t know what is it.

Same issue with me. Was happening last night, and now again this morning. It’s the steam key that was emailed to me and that’s on my Insider Flight page.
