Duplicate Product Code on Steam

On my account I have Halo Infinite Multiplayer Technical Preview - Steam - Active - Steam Key: ****
But when trying to redeem it on Steam I am recieving the message that it is a Duplicate Product Code. Also I checked to make sure and I definitely am not using the MCC Season 8 Key.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Dude I didn’t even get a damn steam key they enabled the beta for Xbox for me and I don’t even have an Xbox I opted in for PC flighting

I’ve experienced the same thing, I put in my code and it said it was a duplicate.

Also experienced the same issue. Double checked to make sure it wasn’t the MCC season 8 key. Pretty bummed I didn’t get to fight some bots tonight!

Same here, I haven’t received any steam key

I’m having the same problem my Steam key is saying it has already been used :confused:

Ah thanks for sharing this glad to see that they are aware of the issue, hopefully we can get a fix soon.

“Providing and update on this! We identified the source of the invalid Steam keys. We’re working on getting new ones sent out to people who received invalid ones. To set expectations, it likely won’t happen tonight but the team believes we can address it tomorrow”

The same problem, Steam writes that the key has already been activated.

I’m having the same issue where it says the key is duplicated and has been used on a different account.
