Same issue many others have, where when i try activating my key it says its a duplicate. Any way to fix this as of now?

Having the same problem. Another post with a reply that said they got an email back from Halo Support saying they cannot do anything to fix the issue so, frankly, do not get your hopes up. Kind of irritating…

if you send a support ticket you get an automatic reply saying they cant help you

Where do I submit a support ticket?
I had the same problem. I submit multiple tickets. The bot said there wouldn’t be any new codes sent out. 
From what I was told from digging around, they are aware of the problem. I don’t know anymore then that

343 are aware of issues with duplicate/invalid Steam keys and will be addressing this.
