So I saw that fiesta slayer is now out, according to the recent announcements, but how do you play it? Is it even in the rotation for the arena? Or do I have to play slayer and hope it will get fiesta slayer?
Its in customs but will be replacing assault I believe in the next weekly rotation.

I just wish that when they said they were adding new game modes, they actually added in the playlists instead of adding it to the rotation of social.
Ok thanks. And HyperBuffalo I agree, the system would be so much better if they just had permanent grifball, snipers, and other fun gamemodes, but they keep them locked away. Plus, this game isn’t splitscreen and none of my friends of an XBOX One.
I think the reasoning behind the rotation is player retention and not splitting the player base more. People have problems finding games in some modes such as FFA (possibly do to a combination of the ranking system and server issues, not necessarily player count) and they are worried by adding more playlists (permanent) the same could happen to those modes or existing ones. Of course I could be completely wrong and this problem would never occur, just a possible reason for it.
The retention thing is the most plausible option, by having these modes on a weekly rotation players will come back each week to play the new mode (not necessarily new but newly implemented) It keeps things fresh each week instead of things being new for a month then never changing/being improved or added on. Again I could be wrong.
