In Halo 4 we saw this dull menu screens. Everything is just blue, blue, blue. And the menu ‘song’ thing still pisses me off.
Also, we had to, for no damn reason, read everyone’s Gamertags on sideways. Why the heck? They’re just making it so difficult for us!
Also about background, 343 has less artistic talent than anyone else on the forums. They can’t even afford to implement a background for the menu screens. In previous Halo games the menus were colorful, interesting and changes from time to time, and menu to menu. So why does 343 not add any backgrounds (other than the main menu) to the menus to like spice it up a little?
These little things are somewhat ok but not great. Bring back the classic menus, they were normal. This is just complete laziness thanks to the new trend of ‘make-game-make-money-by-any-means-necessary’ other than the previous ‘how-can-we-make-players-stay-longer’ trend. I feel like not only Halo, but other games are going down as well. But that’s a different story and I won’t include it. How do you feel the menu is currently?
