It just seems wild they felt the need to change the Tenrai event offerings due to community feedback saying people didn’t want just double xp and challenge swaps, to then give them out as an apology.
It must be hard if the season 1 roadmap is already set in stone but surely they could have done like 200 credits instead or a really, really lazy quick weapon coating. I’d take a completely green minimum effort paint job on the Hydra. Anything but double exp.
Its just funny that people most likely used more than 5 swaps to circumvent this games problems and wasted more than 5 XP tokens waiting to load into games.
I wonder whos idea it was that this was acceptable compensation. Dont get me wrong its still better than nothing, but man are these guys calling the shots disconnected from this community. Probably just going to be another “oversight” like the tenrai event pass before the update.
Swaps make sense. I still think we should get 1 free swap every week. EX boosts are silly since most people will be done with the battle pass in a few weeks.

I mean, it’s something, right? I see it as a nice gesture from ‘343.’ They didn’t have to give us anything. I would say it is a step in the right direction (although challenge swaps and double xp mean little to me personally since I’m ‘96’ on the battlepass already).
I mean, you can just save the 2XP and challenge swaps for the next season. That’s what I’m doing with the XP boosts from the first week of the Tenrai pass. (That is, assuming I decide to buy the premium pass for season 2. It might not have anything I’m interested in like the Heroes of Reach season.)

I completed my battle pass last week and i rarely use challenge swaps. Still left 20 challenge swaps because i dont grind every weekly reward, when i dont like it.
