Dudes who play as female Spartans -- Why?

Are you a male who plays as a female Spartan? Why do you do it?

I’m a dude, but I always play as a female Spartan. I was originally playing as a male, but I switched to female after watching some higher level players use female Spartans. I’m not sure if the females have a slight advantage because their more slender figure gives less area to get hit by bullets or something, but I’m pretty sure both the males and females have the same hit boxes (someone correct me if I’m wrong). Personally, I just like the more slender appearance, since I’m a skinny dude myself. That and they have really nice butts. Lol, I gotta admit, I’d rather watch a female body rag-doll in all sorts of weird positions every time I die, than I would a square-butt male body with junk in the front, lol. What can I say? ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Not saying I’m paying a lot of attention to that or focusing on that when I’m playing at all, lol, but it’s kinda noticeable.

Anyway, if you’re a dude who plays as a female, what are your reasons for doing it? Or, if you’re a chick who plays as a male, what are your reasons?

Some people get very -Yoink!- I guess.

In reach it actually did lower the hitbox but ever since 4 they’ve had the same. But it makes the armor look slimmer than just the huge bulk on male Spartans.

Yeah, I prefer the slimmer look of the armor.

The real question is which restroom do they use.

I switch, but when I do its mainly for the body shape. I’m really interested in art and anatomy, so it just clicks with me for some reason.

Hahahahaha XD

Because whenever they use Spartan Charge or Ground Pound, they get brief glimpses of Dat -Yoink-. Seriously, that’s the reason, not because of a very-slightly-slimmer Character model with a more disproportionately sized head than the male model.

Hahaha, I won’t deny, that’s at least a small part of the reason for me. Are the female’s heads slightly smaller as well?

They don’t get as small relative to the body, which leaves the already-slightly-enlarged head on the male model look almost comical on female Spartans.

Ah, I see. I use the Centurion armor, which has a pretty small helmet, but I bet it would look funny with those armor sets that have really big helmets.

No way, really? You sure? I always thought boys and girls hated each other… and I figured anyone who ever played Halo as a female did it because they were an asexual being or because they had cooties…

…No, I can guarantee you that’s not the reason. You can’t even see your character. It’s simply a choice people make and nothing more, just like playing as an Elite.

Not everybody chooses to be ‘literally me bro’ when they play games.

Not the thread i was expecting tbh. Played as a female becuase i failed to switch back after looking at the difference.

Nope. Hitboxes were the same for both.

Maybe those guys identify as female.

Most of the male spartan armor looks to chubby in H5.

Does this count as bypassing the filter? Either way reported
