Probably just a copy/paste effect with no greater meaning.

BUT Dual wielding (depending on it’s limitations to balance against the weapon sandbox or vice versa) could potentially be a great AA in Halo 4.

Dual-wielding as an armor ability would be cool, but it was confirmed that there was no dual wielding in Halo 4.
