This is the one thing I’ve heard nothing about. Is it in? I saw the whole flag+magnum thing in the objective-specific assassinations, but that doesn’t necessarily confirm anything. At the same time, I haven’t seen any dual-wield type weapons besides the magnum/Plasma Pistol. We may see the SMG or a Promethean sidearm-like weapon in the future.
If there’s no dual-wielding, I’ll miss dual SMGs. I already miss the Plasma Rifle+Spiker combo.

It was to make the game more balanced. Dual wielding didn’t really work so well, even though it was fun.
