I think dual-wielding in general should return. The D-Pad only has 2 conformed buttons for switching grenades. Changing visor mode will probably be on the D-Pad as well, so that leaves one more magical button silently, patiently waiting to be set to dual-wield.

Last I saw was that someone said needler would be an ordnance weapon, and that dual wielding is out. Well, ordnance needler makes sense, it is after all a power weapon, fast fire rate, super combine and target-seeking projectiles…
I’m looking forward to a good needler that can get some nice kills once again, even if it means I’ll see it less often.
