Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone had a clue as to why your DMR is dropped and you’re forced to switch to your secondary. I’ve been to two matches with the same three people and everytime i’m about to kill a certain one of them I drop my primary and am forced to use my pistol. I had full health both times and I was about to kill her and as I pulled my trigger I dropped my DMR while she got an immediate headshot on me. Could anyone fill me in as to why this keeps happening? Much appreciated, Thanks. 
Thats good old lag buddy. Your opponent actuall killed you a moment earlier and your xBox is slowly realising it.
It started the death animation where you drop you current weapon but instead of continueing the death animation you switch to the only weapon you have left… then you died.

It’s funnier when you have no secondary weapon to switch to… You start walking around with just your hands infront of you.
For additional hilarity… If this happens often, play with hologram. Right when you drop your weapon shoot the hologram! It will be a spartan hologram with random armor, instead of a clone of you. Sometimes it shows armor that you can’t get in game. Like Kat’s helmet .

Why would you go back to Halo Reach if there was no DMR? You want to use an Assult Rifle in every encounter?
Maybe the game is trying to encourage you to try new weapons and playstyles for once.
