Today when I signed in, the unthinkable happen. I dropped a level from 147 to 146. If your this high in the Spartan rank you can understand what a tragedy this is.

All reqs are their thank goodness cause I got them all. My buddy and member in Want Another Shot, Adventur Galley dropped from 146 to 143. We’ve been playing since realease grinding. I’m guessing they up’d the cap?
I doubt it… The problem they have is their “cloud” on 360, your rank , achievements were actually stored on your memory on your xbox. Now it is in the “cloud” which is supposed to be more reliable, lalalalaa. Before when you turned on your xbox 360, it would read YOUR memory. so if their end crashed, it would just read your memory. Now it seems people are loosing stuff and 343 won’t even help!!! So I don’t know what is up with loosing rank, its like they took away days of play that you did.
The grind from 146 to 147 is painful so this is pretty upsetting considering I’ve purchase my far share of gold pack bundles, all the specialty bundles/packs, and every game they’ve put out including the dreaded halo 4.
What’s the chance of me getting a 343 response?

rebooted entire network by leaving it with no power over night.
Botted back up and signed out and back in my live account.
Still 146, will repeat after work today.

My buddy Adventur Galley has confirm he’s dropped from 146 to 143.
12/22/16 update:
Factory reset my Xbox due to DVR not working and the sync error appearing every time when first booting up the game. Still showing rank as 146.
Out of options to try, I guess I will accept the fact 343 wanted me to prove my 147 Spartan rank.
Continue to receive profile sync errors. these occur when getting past the promo screen after pressing start, and also occur in-matchmaking games.
