After reading the Community update it sounds like the grunt goblin may very well be drive able later on in a future update or maybe Halo 6.

Maybe but unlikely… Also grunts are smaller than Spartans. Just because something is wide doesn’t mean something really talk will fit in it.

I’d imagine that the Mantis’s were designed for regular troop usage, and Spartans are much bigger then them. Yet Spartans can easily slip into a Mantis, and we don’t see or hear any complaints?

The comment was made right after detailing the grunt goblin and it was pretty obvious that it was hinting at spartans fitting in one. You must have missed the part were he said “they require around the same amount of space”
Would be cool and sorta curious if the EMP proof will carry over

And apparently the thing can jump 200 feet lol Im sure thatll be nerfed but I bet it will still jump to some capacity, thatd be awesome!

I think its safe to say that its under serious consideration, I hope its a bit nerfed though, sounds pretty powerful as a boss
