Think about it. It’s biologically possible for Dragons to exist and it would make sense for it to be on a ring with Flood on it because it acts like a natural defense and they would look beautiful with the environment. Chief could also ride one which would be really really awesome.
Any biological defense against the Flood would be horrible. The only exception would be the Thanolekgolo from Halo: Nightfall, but even they were a failed plan.
Sorry, probably no dragons.
ANYTHING biological against the Flood is for the Flood as food. Now if it were a prototype Promethean sentinel in the shape of a dragon? I’ll be all for it. That is one thing we don’t know. Forerunner prototype constructs.

I mean they could have dragon-like creatures prior to the flood breaking out and then have flood infected versions that look torn and decrepit. Imagine walking through a cavern that’s lathered in flood biomass and in a cutscene when chiefs walks past a flood dragon “corpse” it moves, the flesh bulging as the remnants of its muscles come to life and stands. As chief turns around to see it the beast roars and a boss battle begins. But not a lame bullet sponge boss, this thing moves, it roars and screams, you have to use hard hitting weapons like rockets just to open up the weakpoints. A well timed rocket to the mouth stops a powerful attack. You can blast off limbs which it slowly regenerates.
Sure, and we should also start the game by waking up as a prisoner in the back of a Phantom, on our way to get our head lopped off with an energy sword.
We’re really discussing dragons in Halo at this point? How far we have come from AR or SMG discussions of the past…
Solution for Flood is…Robot Dragons.
Nothing is impossible.
Animals have been teased during the E3 2018 Trailer and we’ve already had some weird animals in Reach.
To be honest, even infected Dragons sound quite interesting. Imagine taking down infected Dragons with Falcons. We’ll have to wait and see.
A rideable skeletal dragon that breathes rainbow colored fire sounds pretty awesome.

It’s not suppose to be an all out defense against the Flood. Just an extra safety measure in case some of them do break out which would be pretty effective like the covenant glassing used to eradicate flood from earth.
They can also just be part of the wild life. It would give 343 a chance to explore what life on other planets could look like. Itd also be pretty cool if you could tame them and use them as transportation for an open world game. They would make a pretty cool enemy to fight too.

What’s wrong with it? It’s a pretty great idea if you actually think about it. 343 is putting more focus on wild life in Infinite, Dragons would serve that purpose well and they’d look great with the environment. Imagine seeing dragons just randomly flying around you, it would be a really cool thing to see.

No matter how many likes this gets, it’s an underrated comment lol
I mean, it’s hard to take someone seriously and not think of this as a bias comment, when his name is literally Dragon.
What even…?
It would be cool I guess, I do like dragons

There! Corrected it! Now this heavy metal cover idea from the nineties has the correct slang for the occasion! X’D
Also I don’t know what’s funnier, the tread itself or Halsey’s response with her serious tone upon the “dragons in Infinite” matter? Anyhow, hilarious tread! Bravo my 90s dude!

You’re kidding, right? Maybe a sentinel in a shape of a dragon but not the real one from humanity’s mythos.
