Will it be available tonight, say 12am Est time or will it be later in the evening? Such as 3am est (12 am pacific)? Either way it’s no big deal as I’ll probably be sleeping :P.

Will likely be made available 2AM PST time, and will roll out across other countries following that.
more then likely since they wait for hawaii to catch up. anywhere between 3am and 6am EST. battlefield just released their maps and it didnt drop till 8:30am so yea. theres no telling.
