Downloading multiplayer data

When I try to join online matchmaking I have an icon that says the game is downloading multiplayer data. It’s been downloading date for the past 3 days! I CAN’T PLAY:( :frowning: :frowning:

Please help me out.

Has anyone else experienced this? Has it eventually came back?

I have spent 2 hours so far with microsoft live help and I’ve tried many things… NOTHING WORKS

Have a search through the MCC Forum and the Support forums, there have been quite a few people talking about this issue and some have posted some tips that have help resolve the issue for other players. Maybe one of them will work for you
