With Bungie.net, we could download movies and gameplays, maybe for bragging rights, showing off or for uploading on Youtube. If Waypoint were to introduce this feature, to download to the PC, it would help the Halo community and the Youtube community. We could use this so lets get it noticed.

Yes it is. They’re not going to code it from scratch, since they’re focusing on perfecting Halo 4. It’ll most likely be implemented for Halo 4, though.
