I’m just going to add another topic regarding this problem, to the chorus of other similar threads here. 343 says they are aware of the problem w/matchmaking and “working around the clock to fix”. How many times have we heard this from them? And how many times have they come up empty? Poor, pathetic, despicable and several other choice adjectives come to mind when I think of 343’s performance with the Halo MCC release. What a pile of S**t!
Hey my game just fixed this issue by itself (after a week or so). Give it some time and I am sure it will fix itself too.

Im curious as to why this happens since at times I do come across this prompt as well if I click on “find a game” as soon as I get into MCC but it lets me get on after like 10 secs or 15 secs max. I never had a problem where this prompt was consistent and would not let you get past that. Sorry to hear you go through this cuz man I’d be pissed.
I run MCC off a disc, with NAT open on an 8mb down and 1mb up connection which is direct. I have added the ports manually which are stated on the xbox website rather than enabling DMZ option from the router. My router firewall is also disabled. I am not sure if this would help but a comparison may get you somewhere.
