Just got mcc excited to play halo again but everytime I try to go to play online I can’t get pass the “downloading latest data” screen.

Me three. About to return the game. Any troubleshooting tips out there? I have reset xbox. NAT is moderate, but all other games work fine.
Is anyone reading this? Is there customer support for this game?

Press B and after that you can search games. But idk if this makes any issues…

Tried this but it goes back to “downloading latest data again”
The only way to fix if u have the issue where no matter what u do hard reset Xbox or anything and nothing works is to reinstall it because it didn’t install everything it was supposed to do and unfortunately for us it left out the multiplayer part of the game and this has worked with everyone I’ve told and I got it from a guy in GameStop so I’m for sure this works it should take a little longer than it did before because again it left out a large part of the game hopefully this the solvent of all of your people’s pro lames and hope I’m way better help than 343
