Same here… I’m locked out of match making due the “downloading latest data” screen. I can cancel it, but unable to get past it if I want matchmaking.

Same issue here. Replied to another post about this earlier. Does anyone from 343 ever respond here? Is there any real tech support for this game? An email address or phone number that I just can’t find? I’m about to return it. Awful…

finally got my NAT to not strict and then i have this message. I have never been able to play online even once…

I’m having the same issue. Does anyone know how to get rid of it or if it’s 343 updating the playlist?

Guys I have legit tried every thing possible except for uninstalling the game which I finally caved in and did last night. I have seen mostly poor reviews about that fixing the issue but I had to try. It’s taking forever to reinstall a little faster now that I hard wired I will let you know if it works otherwise we are at the mercy of 343 because the issue is clearly on their end

The reinstall seems to have worked haven’t played a game but didn’t get the downloading latest data bug

Happen to me once, I deleted the installation and re-install the game and now it works perfectly fine. Once the game is loaded, DONT go to matchmaking right away, I give it a few secs and play matchmaking.
