I am currently unable to play Master Chief Collection online. I noticed that it wouldn’t let me join a friend and he couldn’t join me. I then tried to join a matchmaking game solo and it gave me the “Downloading Latest Data” message and will not let me play. I also noticed that it doesn’t load my rank when I view different playlists that I have rank in. I left my system and game on for 2 hours and still have me the same message. I also hard reset my console and re-installed the game and I still get the same message. It seems like it could be an update issue as multiple users are being affected by this issue. Please assist. Thanks.
