I believe searching Grifball in the File Search built into Reach would work.
However, if you want the MLG Gametypes, you could use the File Search again and choose Search by file share then search ‘MLG Gametypes’ which has an up to date list of ALL MLG Gametypes.

If a search doesn’t work, you can always save them right out of Matchmaking. Play them, check the Temporary Files in your File Browser, and hit X to save them.
MLG has their own fileshare with their gametypes and maps. Here ya go!
As for Grifball, try what DavidJCobb said and play them in Matchmaking, then go into your Temporary Files and save them from there!

This thread is a repository of all current (and some removed) gametypes and maps. Well… they keep it as updated as they can. Sometimes it’s hard to tell what gametypes get updated.
I really wish 343 would keep an official page of current matchmaking gametypes and maps. A single page you could go and add to your download queue so you know you have the most current stuff on your box for customs/practice. For instance: at the top of this page you see links for News, Games, Universe, Community, Store, and Forums. I’d like to see a new one designated as “Gametypes and Maps.” They would just have to keep it updated as soon as they changed it in matchmaking.
