Since Bungie shut down most(If not all)of Halo’s File Shares, how do you download files from peoples file shares online? Also, how are shows like Achievement Hunter going to survive with no one to enter any maps, pictures, videos, et cetera.

I believe Halo Waypoint will be bringing file share support to the website starting summer.
Achievement Hunter started way back in September/October 2010 for Fails of the Weak and stuff, they have accepted submissions ever since, they will have literally thousands of clips built up to use.
