Has 343 Industries made any headway into making the “exclusive” downloadables accessible to everyone yet? I remember them saying that downloadable content would eventually be available to everyone. I know there is a Game of the Year Edition, but what about the people who have already purchased the game? Can they still procure the “exclusive” content without repurchasing the game again, or is this what 343 was referring to when they said “accessible”?
