I logged on this morning and seen I had to download a 29GB update even though my Xbox only said 9GB, did anyone else have this problem?
If you turn your xbox off whilst the update is starting (before it reaches 1%) or if it is interrupted in any other way before this time it redownloads the whole game. Should only be 9GB.
Oh that’s dumb. Yeah I had to turn it off cause it was stuck on zero and wouldn’t do anything for 10 minutes

yeah, it happened to me last 2 updates this update i didn’t do anything and It says 29GB since I have really slow internet I’m depressed

This is a duplicate thread. There have been multiple threads discussing this.
Just because it’s on zero, doesn’t mean it’s not working… The update could take 30 min to a few hours…
This has been an issue since the very first update. I would suggest that if it had already happened the previous two updates, not to do the same exact thing again and rather take a chance and wait a little while…?

that’s what I was doing but this time it happened for no reason.
