Today I have download the pack Tartarus gavel mythic with 100000 points in halo5 and I have not nothing, no points and no pack.
what can I do ?

I want to recover my points(100.000) into HALO5, I don`t understand because I don’t see my pack TARTARUS GAVEL MYTHIC REQ PACK

Hay dark - sometimes when buying packs and an error happens the game simply skips over the opening animation of the pack. It may not seem like it at first but you do still get your items. If you’re only your console you can do a hard reset and then either check your open packs to see if it’s there or check your REQ inventory and see if the Hammers have already been added to your inventory (Which they should have been).

I looked REQ inventory and there aren’t any hammer… :frowning: I haven’t this pack installed and now only I have 2400 points, before 100.365 points.

OP this is a very common glitch. I suggest you hard reset your xbox and check your req inventory. Did you check your inventory here on WP? Click the link in stckrboy’s post.
