This morning one of my screenshots had 1.1K downloads, now it has under 600. This is the second time this has happened, why?
Likely something messing up server-side. That’s my guess. Or it could assume it was 1.1k but was really 600.
Which screenshots are affected by this issue?

Currently has 2025 downloads. I don’t see anything weird right now. Maybe the web team might stop by with some information.
My best guess, going purely on past experience, is that there was a bit of a desynch between some of the servers hosting the file. Perhaps some of them thought there were 1.1K downloads, and some of them thought there were 600.
I had another one do it. 899 down to 257.
But the numbers aren’t staying consistent by the sound of it? How often do you notice this issue?
I notice usually after they fall off the front page of public files.

I have noticed the same thing happening with my screenshot counts. It happens when they fall of the top downloads/recommendations. This has been happening for at least 3 weeks now. I have seen a few of mine with over 1k downloads one night and the next day the count drops by 500 or so. The latest was yesterday, It had 2k downloads in the afternoon and then I checked it out later that night it said only 1k.
Just notice one of mine dropped from 1.3k to 363 within the last few hours.
OK, one of my shots “frozen in time” just hit 1k downloads. I am going to track it over the next few days.
I can’t reproduce this bug yet. My screenshot “Frozen and Forgotten” is no longer on Most Downloaded (it’s more than a week old), yet it still has a high download count.
Two of mine have remained the same once they’ve left the most downloaded section. :). I guess it’s resolved.

I just got hit with this bug. My screenshot Old Gear had over 1K downloads yesterday, but is now down to 271 281. Likes seem accurate, though.
EDIT: And back to 1.1K. That was weird.
We currently have a team looking into this, thank you so much for being patient regarding this matter.

a few of mine did the same thing. I dont know if it was all new numbers or things just shook out that way.
