Got the invite email last week as well as the email stating that the flight was going to be extended. Went to download today and it was not on the Xbox insider available tab. Any time I try and access the halo support site it just says that my access is denied. Is there something I did wrong and how do I rectify it?
Are you sure you’re using the correct login info? You should be logging in with your Xbox Live info - this may differ from the email address that received the invite.
Yes, I am using the same profile. When I click on any link to the Halo Support site it says access denied. The only links that work are the forum link (how I got here) and the Halo Insider link, the first link in the email. when I click on that link it sends me to the Halo Insider program fill out info page, which I first did when I signed up with the program. That page state oddly that I haven’t filled out any info. I’m just very confused.
If you get an access denied message when visiting the support site then that means you either don’t have an active invite or you’re 100% not using the correct account to log in. Was your original invite definitely for downloading via the MS store?
Oh my gosh I signed into the xbox insider hub with the wrong account. Now it wont let me sign out and sign in with a different account!
