I used code to download halo 5 but it is not appearing on xbox one. Does anyone have any suggestions?
i believe after using the code you need to go to the Store and find H5:Guardians and it should give you the option to download it

I tried that and it is telling me to buy it for $47.99. It came with the bundle and will not allow me to use the code again.
I had the 360 but just got the Halo 5 X1. I set it all up, logged in to my account etc. Went onto the store and redeemed my Halo 5 code no problem. However, Halo 5 isn’t showing up as ready to install in my Games & Apps (all my other games are) and when I go onto the marketplace it says that I haven’t purchased either of the version of the game. Can anyone help me out? Am I missing something?
try resetting your XB1 and Wifi. happened to my GOW downloads, didn’t care at the time but when I restarted my xbox a few hours later it downloaded the game and skins. Theres a influx of people trying to download it since its Xmas and all so I’m assuming its just the MS Store being overwhelmed. plus the losers that try to DDoS MS and PS every year on Christmas.
ah ok. I gave that a shot but no luck, waiting online for MS support now. Hopefully they can help.

I am having the same problem with destiny and halo 5. i have downloaded destiny on to my xbox360 but when i logged into my halo5 X1 it was the only game that didn’t show up as the same with halo 5 after i used the code i restarted my xbox1 and still wansnt there.
I’m having the same issue, I used the code and I can’t find it anywhere, any more ideas guys? 
Same issue - any solutions out there yet?
