If you mean as freeware, you can’t. Bungie would have to release it as freeware for it to be legal.

It’d be awesome if they did that. I doubt it will effect Halo CEA’s sales very much.

Microsoft Studios owns that too now so they would have to release it.

You can get Custom Edition at halomaps.org, but you’ll need a product key.
