i buyed Halo Spartan Assaut. The Download was crashed and i cant Download it. I have the confirmidation from Paypal.
I have the same issue. Paid, received confirmation and invoice, but the download will not proceed from status “pending”.
Eventually the error 0x80080207 will show up.
Where is one supposed to go for support of Spartan Assault issues?

Sounds like you guys are trying to get Spartan Assault working on a PC or tablet yeah? If so I found a couple of answers from Microsoft’s support site that might help you out. As it’s more of an issue with the store itself and the app not downloading, Microsoft’s support would be the best place to follow this issue up on, this forum is really for support of the game itself and not billing / store issues.
From their answers site, scroll down this page and look for the long(ish) post by ajeshdsouza. Method 5 seems to have the best rate of success form what I have seen of the 0x80080207 error and similar issues of apps not downloading from the store. I’m pretty sure this post is the same thing as method 5, it’s just a more manual way of doing it.
