I pre-ordered the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition about 5 days ago. The day I pre-ordered the game, the Windows Store installed roughly 21 GB worth of files into my computer. I opened the app today, being as I get early access and wanted to make sure everything was downloaded that needed to be, and the Windows Store starts installing another 26.5 GB worth of files. No big deal…Except that I have been waiting all day while the install reaches 13-20 GB out of the 26.5 GB it needs, and then restarts from the beginning. What Is the deal? I thought maybe it was my internet the first time. However, this has now happened multiple times since about 9:30 a.m. CST. Can I have an explanation, and possibly a fix?

Same problem but when I tried to restart the download I now get error 0x8024601B. Tried looking this up but I can’t find any info on this error message.
Am also getting the same result of 0x8024601B, but not able to find any answers.
